Constance graduated from Concordia University in athletic therapy in 2019. In addition to her role with Momentum, she is a therapist for Cégep Édouard-Montpetit, where she coaches the collegiate flag football team as well as that of Collège Charles-Lemoyne. In addition to her roles at the college level, Constance oversees the care of Football Quebec and Flag-football Quebec players and those of Team Canada. She had the chance to be part of the contingent of the Quebec hockey team, the time of a training camp, as a sports therapist. A great sportswoman, she is passionate about equestrian sports, volleyball and flag football. When she's not in the studio or the clinic, she's at her kickboxing session.

Constance specializes in injuries related to the practice of a sport, both at the recreational level and at the elite level. It bases the healing process of an injury by combining therapy and training. The goal is therefore to find the muscular problem and then resolve it using exercises and treatments. When it comes to a training plan, Constance offers a plan specific to the activity you practice, with a different approach for each discipline.

As a member of the Momentum team, she offers a personalized follow-up, taking into account the needs of each client, considering that each body and each injury is different. From the first meeting, Constance is able to obtain an overview of the person in front of her, namely the habits of life, the sport practiced, the lifestyle, etc. Thanks to this point of view, she adapts her approach and her treatments, to offer the best chance of recovery to the client.
